Mom emailed to let me know she wanted a Dallas session..I needed to know more, I don’t always feel the tug to ask more with each inquiry. But, I did with her. We talked about her family, past sessions, and had her send me pictures from shoots they had done before. Very classic, beautiful, photos.. but I told her I wanted to take it more stripped down, more of a raw feeling.. not so put together. I wanted our location to match that feeling.

She hunted down this old farmhouse and mentioned that her husband was just given a classic car from a family member that had recently passed. It was already piecing together beautifully.. the story to showcase them in a setting that allowed the chaos of raising young ones, maintaining romance and being a family.

I enjoyed this morning session in Dallas, Texas. We spent almost 2 hours together allowing moments to unfold.

Intimacy has the ability to show up in every part of your life. From the conversations you have, to the hugs you share, to the unspoken energy. It’s there and it’s my favorite place to be. I seek to be in the wave of intimacy when my hand and eye meet another.  I seek to be in the intimate adage of verbal and physical transactions.
