I have moved and lived so many different places since I was a child.. from being born in Florida, to moving to Missouri, Tennessee, Colorado, Kansas, Virginia, California, Hawaii, Oklahoma, North Carolina and now Arkansas.. these are just states that I have lived in, but the towns within these states are double the amount. Adjusting and overcoming obstacles has been my strongest trait. Making locals be my friend is my side gig. It’s the learning new cultures, ways of living, slang and most importantly how to adjust my business that has developed my character. To admit my biggest challenge is moving my business to meet the town I am in, trying to stay true to who I am but creating so that I can have business.
Over the 10+ years I have been a professional photographer, learning that season changes and shifts occur frequently and to move with it or the resistance will cause you (me) to be in a place of almost depression. Asking ourselves why why why over and over again is a result of not shifting AND also shifting, without clarity.
I don’t have the answer, but I am letting you know, you are not alone and to keep shifting and staying in Gods will and you will find where you are supposed to be.
